In today’s fast-moving business environment, efficiency and visibility aren’t just nice to have—they’re essential. Our latest platform update introduces a set of improvements across sales, invoicing, automation, and logistics, all designed to reduce manual work and improve day-to-day visibility.
The Sales Pipeline now includes Expected Conversion Date and Potential Contract Value, giving teams clearer insight into when deals may close and their potential revenue. With sorting, filtering, and totals available within the dashboard, it becomes easier to prioritise opportunities and track performance at a glance.
Invoicing has been updated with a bulk management dashboard, allowing users to generate and send multiple invoices directly from the Jobs Awaiting Invoice view, while accounting sync runs automatically in the backgroundto keep financial data up to date without manual input.
Task Auto Triggers allow workflows to run based on system events, handling task assignments, reporting, and notifications automatically. This helps ensure processes continue moving forward without delays or the need for constant oversight.
The Unreconciled Costs Dashboard provides a central view of outstanding costs, with options to bulk-reconcile or delete entries, making financial management—especially during period-end—more efficient and controlled.
From an operational perspective, users can now pre-set port, depot, and airport charges and apply them to jobs instantly. Additionally, rate cards can be restricted by job type, reducing irrelevant options and improving accuracy when adding charges.
Support for multiple sea voyage legs enables tracking of each stage of a shipment, including vessel details and transshipment points, offering greater visibility across more complex routes.
Overall, this update focuses on making everyday processes quicker to manage while keeping key information easy to access, helping teams work more efficiently and with greater confidence.
